If the hotel or resort have a wedding coordinator, why would I need Day-Of Coordination? - While the hotel or resort wedding coordinator is a valuable resource both before and on the day of your wedding, they work for the hotel or resort. The hotel or resort may have multiple weddings on your wedding day and their wedding coordinator may be assisting another bride when you need something done. We are there for you, our team will be dedicated to you and your wedding.
Also, the hotel or resort wedding coordinator will likely leave right after you walk into your reception room. The coordinator will "hand off" your reception to the banquet captain that you may have never met or spent time explaining your vision to. We will be with you from hours before your wedding ceremony until your reception ends. We will coordinate your vision with your service providers throughout the day right up until your last dance.
How many people are assisting on my wedding day? - We will have 2 team members there on your wedding day. We will have a team leader who is an experienced wedding planner and a bride's assistant to help with your dress and anything else that you may need.
How long are you there the day of my wedding? - Each wedding is unique, but typically our team will arrive at least 3 hours before your ceremony starts. At least one team member, usually 2 will be at your wedding until your reception ends. Our time on site is usually about 9 hours.

The Wedding Day-Of Coordination package is the least expensive yet effective option where we offer direction and coordination throughout your wedding day.
During the planning we offer vendor referrals, advice, and ideas. You plan your wedding and make the arrangement, we will carry out your plan on your wedding day.

Planning Meeting
Preliminary meeting with the Couple to go over all of your wedding dreams and details!
Distribution of wedding checklist, budget worksheet and planning form(s)
Through Out the Wedding Planning Process or As Needed
Unlimited email correspondence from day of contracted service through the end of the wedding day
The Week Before the Wedding
Face to face or phone meeting to review all forms, documents and plans

Day Before the Wedding - Rehearsal
We will attend your wedding rehearsal and direct it if needed
We will bring a portable sound system to play your wedding music

Complete Wedding Day Coordination and Management our team will arrive about 3 hours before your ceremony to ensure that everything is proceeding that way that you planned it.
Our brides's assistant will be with you every step of the way from your pre wedding pictures fluffing your dress before you walk down the aisle
Wedding Emergency Toolkit On Hand
Assist all family and wedding party with flowers including help with corsage pinning
Organize the family and wedding party for the processional
Assure Ceremony site is set up to your vision prior to start time
Day Of the Wedding - Ceremony

Provide the Ushers with seating instruction
Coordinate the with officiant, musicians, photographer, videographer, florist, etc and queue as needed
Day Of the Wedding - Reception
Arrive at the Reception site at 3 hours prior to assure set up is complete and accurate
Coordinate the DJ, band, florist, photographer, videographer, caterer, cake and rental companies to make sure that the reception runs smoothly
Assist the DJ or Band with the Grand Entrance
Manage the reception and coordinate with service providers when each tradition (such as first dance or cutting the cake) will happen to ensure the all are ready and on the same page
