We have a variety of packages for you to choose from to help fit both your budget and how much of our help you want with your wedding. Our package prices are not based on the budget for your wedding. With all packages you get our exclusive Wedding Planning Checklist that helps you to know that you have thought of everything. Our checklist has been built from working with brides, grooms and wedding service vendors over the last 20 years.

The Pearls Package, Day of Coordination - $850.00
The Wedding Day-Of Coordination option is the least expensive yet effective option where we offer direction throughout the wedding day
Offering vendor referrals, advice, and ideas but instead of having us make the arrangements and execute the planning, you would carry out the details with the aid of our guidance and expertise on your wedding day only.
The Day of Coordination includes:
- Coordinator’s presence on site inspection with client to discuss layout, planning and design
- Referrals for vendors with whom we have a relationship
- Order of Service to be provided by email to you, your bridal party and family as well as all of the vendors, 2 weeks prior to your event
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Wedding Emergency Toolkit to be available throughout the event day
- Complete wedding day event management for complete start to finish including on-site coordination of your Processional line up, coordination with DJ regarding announcements in coordination with venue and overall coordination of all reception events including photographer and videographer coordination assistance regarding various key moments and management of all event cues decided beforehand and in the Order of Service.
The Emeralds Package, Planning and Coordination Package- $1,200
Planning and Coordination Package
The Planning and Coordination Package offers assistance throughout the process, Day-of Management of the wedding day and coordination of the rehearsal.
We provide you with vendor referrals, planning advice, event design and collaborate on ideas. We help to equip you to carry out the details of your wedding plan with the aid of our guidance and expertise.
The planning and coordination includes:
- Coordinator’s presence on site inspection with client to discuss layout, planning and design
- Distribution of wedding checklist and budget worksheet
- Referrals for vendors with whom we have a relationship - All vendors will be pre-contacted by the coordinator to check for availability and to briefly share clients budgetary and vision for the event prior to putting client directly in touch with each vendor.
- Attendance at invitation meeting and assistance with custom invitation decisions and wording
- Your coordinator’s presence on tasting meetings with venue for assistance with the development of the banquet order.
- Final meeting with client and vendors to thoroughly plot all events and activities in order to create a smooth order of service
- Coordinator’s presence on final vendor appointments including the signing of agreements with vendors
- Order of Service to be provided to you, your bridal party and family as well as all of the vendors, 2 weeks prior to your event
- Confirmation with venue and all vendors within the month prior to wedding day in order to confirm all final details and arrangements
- Coordination of the wedding rehearsal with you, your families and the bridal party
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Wedding Emergency Toolkit to be available throughout the event day
- Complete wedding day event management for complete start to finish on-site coordination including vendor supervision and management of all event cues.
The Rubies Package, Design, Planning and Coordination - $2100
Design, Planning and Coordination
With this Design, Planning and Coordination package you are able to focus more on the key elements of your wedding that are most important to you. Following your direction and vision we take on more of an assistant role to you and completely handle some tasks allowing you to enjoy your engagement.
The design, planning and coordination includes:
- Preliminary meeting with Couple to go over all of your wedding dreams and details!
- Answer any questions and provide advice if needed
- Discuss theme, color and decor options to create your vision based on your dreams and our experience of what works best
- Assist with choosing and ordering of rental items if needed
- Provide a list of recommended vendors, locations
- Work directly with all service providers including florist, photographer, videographer, bakery, clergy and rental companies to assist in overall understanding and implementation of your vision
- Create a comprehensive order of service for wedding day and distribute to all of the vendors
- Meeting with couple, wedding party members, and services providers 2 weeks prior to go over final details
- Contact vendors 3 days prior to reconfirm times, locations and details
- Run the Rehearsal - We will make sure that the entire wedding party understands their role and provide them with an order of service to aid them in preparation
- Assure Ceremony site is set up to your vision prior to start time
- Provide the Ushers with seating instruction
- Work directly with clergy, musicians, photographer, videographer, florist and any other vendors in coordinating ready and start times
- Assist all family and wedding party with flowers (including help with corsage pinning) and line up for processional
- Arrive at the Reception site at 3 hours prior to assure set up is complete and accurate
- Place all favors and any other personal items as specified by your vision
- Alphabetize and place seating place cards, arrange table numbers, and set out menus
- Work directly with DJ, band, florist, photographer, videographer, caterer, cake and rental companies to make sure event runs smoothly and timely
- Coordinate Grand Entrance
- Make sure all events such as Grand Entrance, meal, first dance, toast, cake cutting, etc. occur according to schedule to the best extent possible
The Diamonds Package, Full Event Production and Management - $3,000
Full Event Production and Management
With your style and taste in mind, we recommend wedding services that we can provide both in-house as well as recommend vendors of which we have a good relationship with. We will accompany you on appointments, review and negotiate contracts and assist in designing the look of the overall event. We serve as the point of contact for the entire planning process and do all of the legwork for you.
The full event production and management includes:
- Location Recommendations & Research
- Location Site Survey with you
- Liaison between you and the vendors throughout the entire process
- Coordinate all vendor meetings and attend them with you to make sure your vision and budget is communicated and considered in all negotiations
- Thorough review of all vendor & venue contracts
- Referrals for vendors we have relationships with and assisting you with any of your own selected vendors and resources such as marriage license, wedding vows, wedding invitations
- Appointment scheduling and Coordinator’s presence on final vendor appointments and contract signings
- Assistance with scheduling fittings and selection of attire for bride and groom as well as wedding party
- Assistance with custom invitation preparation and printing including packaging, weighing and mailing services
- Unlimited email and phone access to our coordinators for all questions and concerns throughout the wedding planning process
- Guidance with guest list management and seating arrangements
- Budget guidance - advice on ways to maximize your budget and on specific limitations and how they might impact your event
- Coordinator’s presence on food tastings and appointments with caterers and bakers
- Advice with menu selection and appropriate food and wine and assistance with the venue banquet event order.
- Assistance with preparation of menus, programs, table numbers, escort cards, place cards and favors
- Transportation and accommodation arrangements
- Planning of all event times and activities in keeping with your vision to create a complete and thorough Order of Service and timeline
- Wedding Emergency Toolkit to be available throughout the event day
- Detailed order of service to be provided to you, your bridal party and family as well as all of the vendors involved
- Assistance in arrangements for the rehearsal dinner, including venue selection and scheduling
- Confirmation of all arrangements with venue and vendors prior to wedding day
- Coordination of the wedding rehearsal with you, your families and the bridal party
- Unlimited calling & email correspondence from day of contracted service through end of event day
- Complete wedding day event management from start to finish
- Guarantee of your wedding coordinator as the main on-site coordinator for the ceremony rehearsal and wedding day as well as the main point person throughout the planning process.
Additional Wedding Services
Your coordinator and planning team can assist you with the following projects, which are billed reasonably at $60 per hour:
- Decorating of Bridal Suite, Bride’s Room, or Groom’s Room
- Decorating of Reception Hall
- Decorating of Wedding Ceremony Location
- Hotel room block reservations
- Picking up or returning of tuxedos to rental companies
- Dropping off bridal gown to cleaners or alterations
- Returning any rental items to rental companies
- Handling of all Printed Items such as Invitations, Place cards, Menus, Programs, etc
- Arranging Salon/Massage appointments for bridal party or family members
- Creating Gift Bags for out of town guests
- Locating and making reservations and arrangements for Rehearsal Dinner,Wedding Brunch, etc.
