iPod Wedding Reception

Not everybody can afford a professional Disk Jockey and Master of Ceremonies for their wedding reception, but that doesn't mean they don't want to have a great time. Also, your friends or family may not have the experience or public speaking skills to make a good Master of Ceremonies at a wedding reception.

Great Events Arizona now a variety of solutions. We can rent you the equipment or we can provide a trained Master of Ceremonies, a PA system with a wireless handheld microphone and DJ lights for an affordable price. You provide the iPods, or other MP3 players and somebody to play the music, or use a playlist.

Our equipment only packages allow you to pickup the equipment, use it and return it the next day. You provide all the music and the people to hook it up and use it

Or our equipment and Master of Ceremonies packages. When these packages the PA system will include our professional "iPod Mixer". This mixer can accomodate up to 2 iPods and 2 MP3 players or computers at the same time. You can use a playlist or switch from one iPod/MP3/computer player to the other like a DJ. We will also provide a dual CD player to play any music that you don't have in an MP3 player.

For the packages that include the Master of Ceremonies we will e-mail you our Wedding Reception Planning form so you can organize your reception. Using your compelted planning form our Master of Ceremonies will guide and direct the reception. The Master of Ceremonies will announce each special moment and queue whoever you appoint when to start each special music selections (first dance, father/daughter dance, etc.)

Our compact lighting system is easy to use. We will provide one "Club Light" that changes colors and moves with the music and one "Romantic light". For those slow songs the romantic light splashes small points of light all over the room and rotates, reminiscent of a mirror ball.
