We have wedding packages to fit different budgets. With Great Events Arizona we will not only provide you with high quality photos (much better than you can get with you home photo printer) but we will also give you a CD with all of your photos on it.

Photo Montage
A photo montage is simply a series of photos set to music that plays like a video. Either during a wedding to show the couple growing up, or after a wedding in place of a video a photo montage can be the best of both world.
You can provide the photos or if we shoot your wedding we can build a montage with music that fits the mood. Not limited to weddings, photo montages are great for church retreats, wedding anniversary celebrations, birthday parties and just about any other event where you want to share memories with others!
We can event attend your multi-day event (conference, retreat or other) and have a photo montage ready to show at your closing session, as a great way to end your event!

Event Portraits
We setup a portable portrait studio at your event, complete with backdrop, lighting and photographer. This is great for corporate parties as well as bar mitzvahs or bat mitzvahs. As your guests come in they sign in and we take a portrait. Before they leave to go home they stop back by and pick up their portrait. Based on the option that you select the portraits can even be framed. There are two options, one where your guests pay a small fee for the portrait the other where you pay for the portraits.
Event Portraits are great for any event where your guests will be dressed up for a night out.
Option 1 - Paid by Guest
For 2 hours our photographer will take a couple of pictures of your guests as they arrive or during the event (such as dinner). Your guest can pick out a frame and at the end of the night your guest leaves with a 4x6 framed portrait. We will bring a few different frame styles for your guests to choose from.
Inital Setup Fee - $225.00
Guest Pays only $20.00 per portrait (framed while supplies last)
Option 2 - Paid by Client, Free to Guests
Over a 2 hour period our photographer will take pictures of your guests. As each portrait it printed they will be laid on a table for your guest to pick up any time. The portraits are not framed but they are free to your guests. At the end of the event we will put all of the unclaimed portraits in an envelope for you to take with you.
Our pricing is fixed based on the number of guests and the estimated number of portraits. This options starts at up to 100 portraits.
