Triple "G" Event - HomeBase Youth Services
|
HomeBase is an organization that works with at risk teenagers. HomeBase helps the "kids" finish their high school diploma or get their GED. In addition to the academic training they also get help with dealing with life circumstances. The event focused on the Graduations, Ground breaking for a new facility, and Gratitude to their partners and financial supporters.
Great Events Arizona helped plan and cordinate the Triple "G" event. We also provided the tent, staging, PA system, portalble misting system and other equipment.
We also donated a chocolate fountain to the event where guest dined on cream puffs dripped with melted milk chocolate.

NPAC Gala and Fund Raiser - Phoenix, Zoo
|
The Forest of Uco at the Phoenix Zoo was the site for the NPAC Gala and fund raiser. The night cooled off as the silent auction heated up. The crowd enjoyed a catered meal in the midst of the forest.
The cooler the night go the hotter DJ Adrian got. The crowd was impressed with his beat mixing and other DJ skills. DJ Adrian, a former club DJ, selected Great Events Arizona to provide the PA system to help him entertain the guests.

Great weather on most days in Phoenix makes outdoor weddings an option most times of the year. Here a back yard wedding with a beautiful back drop of mountains.
Great Events helped by providing the PA system for the wedding including the wireless lapel microphone for the pastor.

Private Wedding and Reception, The Wright House- Mesa, AZ
Old fashioned style at the Wright House in Mesa Arizona. The Wright House can provide your choice of a couple of setting for your wedding plus this elegant indoor reception room. Great Events Arizona provided the PA system for the Groom's friend that served as the DJ. The wireless microphone was passed around for toasts and roast of the couple during the reception.

Family Fun
Outdoor Movie Night - Grayhawk Elementary School PTO
|
Grayhawk Park in the evening is a great place to view a movie with friends and family. The park is next to the elementary school. The PTO wanted a fun way for families to spend time with each other. The Robin Williams movie RV was a Big hit.
Great Events Arizona provided the screen, projector and all PA equipment.

Block Party - Eagle Bluff Homeowners Association
The Eagle Bluff Subdivision Homeowner's Association wanted to have a throw a party to get people out of their houses. Great Events brought in one of our HUGE grills, a popcorn machine, games for the kids and a DJ.
