Then as the event turns to making speeches about the plans for the new year, your guest will be refreshed by the sent of Fresh Pear.The tone will be set as one to be remembered because of your ability to evoke the senses of your guests, capturing and maintaining the attention of your audience, at just the just right time and providing a lasting impression of the event.
 
We invite you to enhance your guests experience at any event by providing just the right scent to heighten the senses and create a great memory of the event. Just tell us your event plans and we will help you to enhance it with just the right event scent to give your guests something to remember!
 
We understand the impact that a special aroma can make at an event and offer you the opportunity to enhance your event with just the right scent for your occasion. We will meet with you to discuss your event, understand the the timeline and make suggestions about how you can use sent to create just the right mood and atmosphere at just the right time during your event to give your guests something to talk about and remember.

How it works...

Before your event our "Aromatherapy Consultant" will meet with you and help you to select the special scent (or scents) that will enhance your event the most for your guests. We keep the most popular scents in stock but we can order from an array of over 1,200 scents including many of the best selling Yankee Candle brand scents.

On the day of your event we will setup our Event Scents machine and "fragrance" your event. The Events Scents machine is almost silent so you and your guests will not hear it as it adds the scent that you selected to the air, heighting the experience at your event.

Packages & Pricing...

Events Scents - $200.00     *** Special Introductory Pricing Only $150.00 ***

Includes:

  • Up to 5 hours of "fragrance" at your event.
  • One "standard" scent for the entire event, may be stopped and started.
  • Delivery is extra
  • Only $50 per hour for each additional hour

Options

  • Add additional "standard scents" at your event for only $25 each
  • Custom order scents available from our extensive 1,200 scent library for only $100 each, only $125 for Yankee Candle brand
 

Events Scents Add-On - $100.00

If Great Events Arizona is already at your event providing other services you can add Event Scents to your event for this low additional cost. The same selection of scents is available and you also save on delivery. So, help to make your memorable day even more memorable for your guests with Event Scents.
